How safe is the new Kia Soul?
Each of the three trim levels of the new Soul feature all of the same standard safety features. You shouldn’t have to pay more just to feel safe in your vehicle. First off, the advanced airbag system features dual front, seat-mounted, and side curtain airbags. All seating positions feature three-point seat belts and the front seat belts come standard with pretensioners. Remote keyless entry and a panic alarm are available features to help make you feel more secure.

On a more technological note, electronic stability control, vehicle stability management, electronic brake-force distribution, and hill start assist control all come standard. The 2018 Kia Soul also includes side-impact door beams for extra reinforcement and protection against side collisions. These steel beams are designed to absorb and redistribute impact energy as well as minimize the overall impact forces. Front and rear crumple zones also help dissipate impact energy and protect the passenger compartment.
