What interior features are in the 2019 Kia Optima?

Standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

Each of the four trim levels come standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibilities. These infotainment systems work directly with your smartphone to give you access to certain apps that make your driving experience better. Apple users can send texts using Siri, access Apple Music, and use Apple Maps. Android phone users have immediate access to Google maps and a host of other applications.

Rear camera display

The Optima also comes standard with an eight-inch full-color touchscreen monitor. On that monitor is a rear camera display, which is a standard inclusion. The small camera is situated on the back side of the Optima and the display keeps your awareness as high as possible. Always remember to still check your surroundings when backing up.

Dual-zone automatic temperature control

Are you one of those people who is always cold? Or always hot? You can set your own temperature as the 2019 Optima allows the driver and front passenger to set the climate of their side of the vehicle as they see fit. A rear vent directs the mixed air levels to the passengers in the back.
