Get them rotated

A tire rotation is a fundamental service for all vehicles. You should get your tires rotated at regular intervals to ensure they wear down evenly. See, when your tires get rotated, they are literally being placed on different parts of the wheel. Without being rotated, your tires will experience wear on the same parts over and over again. This can and likely will lead to premature replacement or popping. You should get your tires rotated about once every 5,000 miles.

Have your alignment checked

You should also get your alignment checked out at least once a year. Over time, your front wheels naturally become misaligned and this makes it difficult to drive in a straight line. A basic alignment service will get you all straightened out again. If you drive with misaligned wheels for long enough, your tires will pay the price and wear down unevenly.

Routinely check your tire pressure

This is an easy task you can do in your driveway. With a simple tire gauge, check the PSI levels of all of your tires at least once every other week or so. You should make sure they are at the optimal levels. Underinflated tires can harm your fuel economy and overinflated tires are more susceptible to popping.
