What’s Inside the Top Trim of a 2020 Kia Forte?

Features Found Inside the 2020 Kia Forte GT

Sometimes, the base trim of a model just doesn’t do it for you. You’ve done the research and want to end up with a perfect fit. Especially with the 2020 Kia Forte’s five available trims, it can be hard to figure out what you want. But why not start at the top – what’s inside the top trim of a 2020 Kia Forte? At Garden Grove Kia, we look to answer the question by exploring the GT trim level.

Unique Engine Specifications

Looking under the hood, the 2020 Kia Forte GT offers a Turbocharged 1.6L, Inline 4-Cylinder engine that’s only found in the GT trim. Powering out up to 201 horsepower and 195 ft-lbs of torque, the Forte offers an impressive ride for its size. Offered with a 7-speed dual-clutch or 6-Speed Manual transmission, you can choose what you’re comfortable with.

When it comes to fuel economy, the top-tier Forte doesn’t slouch. With a complete estimated 27 City, 35 Highway MPG, you can make a weekend trip to Sequoia National Forest without multiple gas station stops on the way.

Additional Features in a 2020 Kia Forte GT

The 2020 Kia Forte offers an 8-inch touchscreen display with UVO eServices and Voice Recognition. Each service allows you a hands-free and informative way to keep up-to-date with the world while on the go. Two other major available features come in the stereo and sunroof. The available Harman Kardon® Premium Audio 8-speaker Audio System is perhaps the most exciting feature, as it greatly improves an already-strong stereo system. A powered sunroof is also available to bring in natural light and fresh Californian air upon each drive. Other available features unique to higher trims include:

  • High Beam Assist & LED Headlights with Auto-Leveling
  • Supervision Meter Cluster with 4.2-inch Thin Film Transistor Color LCD Display
  • Wireless Phone Charger
  • Ventilated Front Seats
  • Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection
  • Lane Change Assist
